You are :

Further, as an aspiring Associate Director, you demonstrate the four Cs to the fullest :

The Work :

• Engage C-Suite clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions to these challenges, the value of these solutions, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
• Build organizations from the top down and bottoms up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation to optimization, bridging functions and integrating across the enterprise.
• Lead large project teams and / or highly complex engagements from start to finish, managing both internal and external relationships, issues, risks.
• Own relationships with C-Suite clients as a trusted expert and influencer to clients with a long-term mindset.
• Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.
• Travel as needed, 80% - 100%.

Here's What You Need :

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the following :
• Organization Strategy & Design
• Operating Model Strategy & Design
• Client Relationship Building and Management
• Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience.

Bonus points if you have :

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Experience in the following :
• Leadership Strategy / Development
• End-to-end enterprise or function transformation implementation
• Digital organization design tools (e.g., OrgVue)
