This position is an onsite position at our Corporate Headquarters in Clearfield, Utah.

- What you'll do : Using Azure Dev Ops, working with Subject Matter Experts and a team of developers you will : Partner effectively with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Design , develop, and test new software solutions that streamline processes and boost profitability; Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and help desk teams to troubleshoot software issues and ensure smooth operations;
Continuously learn and expand your skillset to stay ahead of the curve with the latest technologies; and Maintain and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience .

The Ideal Candidate :
- Proven experience in leading a small team of software developers, with expertise in one or more of the technologies we use (see list below).
- Strong understanding of web application development principles (UI / UX, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with database technologies (MS Access, SQL) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
