Position Summary : The Radiology Technologist Assistant is responsible for assisting the Diagnostic, Ultrasound, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Mammography technologists with patient care both directly and indirectly.
The technologist aide performs a variety of duties related to expediting patients throughout the department and hospital as needed.
Duties may include patient preparation, order verification & clarification, scheduling, ordering and stocking of supplies, creating and updating jackets / films, obtaining films from other facilities and data input into the hospital and / or PACs operating system.

Required Education : High School Diploma or GED
