Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, management, labor relations, employment law, or related fields
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or project management
