Job Title : Finisher / Laminator
Job Description
A Finisher / Laminator is responsible for finishing various materials using methods such as staining, applying sealer, sanding sealer, and applying a clear coat.
Additionally, this role involves cutting laminate to the appropriate size, prepping the substrate, applying glue, applying laminate, and trimming excess materials using a trim router.
Responsibilities
- Apply prime, stain, seal, and spray clear coat to products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
- Read and interpret drawings accurately.
- Operate a basic set of hand tools.
- Spray finish custom woodwork with lacquer-based products.
Essential Skills
- Experience with lamination and carpentry.
- Proficiency in using power tools, including routers and saws.
- Skilled in using hand tools and tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferably from a manufacturing experience.

Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift from 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. The work environment is very clean, not temperature-controlled but comfortable, and allows for a casual dress code, including shorts and a t-shirt.
