In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by overseeing the operation of various machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the setup and operation of machines, learning proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
- Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance on machinery under supervision.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Document production data and report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interest in manufacturing and machine operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
