This is a part-time position in which agents work from our Allstate local agency. You will be fielding inbound calls from our existing book of business and our generated leads.

Responsibilities
- You will be prospecting clients by cold calling to generate new business for personal & commercial auto
- You will be making outbound calls to new prospective calls.
- You will be setting up appointments for prospective clients.
- You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients.
- You will be prospecting clients by cold calling.
Requirement
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- 1 year of Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working with the new and existing clientele
- You will need to have a strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- You will need to be able to handle customer rejection.
- You will need to have good verbal and written communication.
- You will need to have a basic understanding of computers.
- You will need to maintain professionalism on the phone and in the office.
- Call center experience preferred
