Responsibilities : THE ROLE :
THE ROLE :
As an Investment Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you will :
- Prospect and maintain new agent and seller relationships.
- Generate leads through multiple strategies including inbound and outbound calling.
- Analyze properties accurately and responsibly.
- Formulate rough renovation budgets to make buying decisions.
- Make offers and negotiate with homeowners and Realtors.
- Procure contracts on high margin deals.
- Assist in process improvements and innovation.
- Assist in formulating and implementing marketing and lead generation processes.
Qualifications :
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Real Estate License : A current license is required before your start date.
- Sales Experience : Proven success in sales, with a passion for closing deals.
- Cold-Calling Experience : Essential experience in cold-calling to generate leads and build relationships.
- Self-Motivated : Able to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets.
- Team Player : Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail : Impeccable follow-up skills and acute attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency : Efficient with Microsoft Office / Google Docs.
- Location : Must be local to San Diego.
