Responsibilities
- Greet and screen all incoming visitors and staff, directing to the appropriate office and / or resident room.
- Answer phones, determining the nature of the call, and directing the caller to the appropriate individual or department.
- Collect and file resident personal information, including their medical history and demographics.
- Issue medical files to the appropriate individuals or agencies that request it.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining employee database and sorting emails for HR department.
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- One year of related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills, dependable, and the ability to multitask and work independently
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
