Job Title : Preschool Teacher 4's class

Job Description :

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children aged 4 years. Your primary role is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation :

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of young children.
• Plan and conduct daily activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
• Integrate various subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies into daily lessons.

2. Classroom Management :

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.

• Monitor and address behavioral issues in a positive and constructive manner.

3. Child Assessment and Development :

• Observe and assess each child's progress and development.

4. Parental Communication and Involvement :

• Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, newsletters, and informal conversations.
• Encourage parental involvement in classroom activities and school events.

6. Health and Safety :
