POSITION SUMMARY : The Administrative Coordinator position requires a team-oriented professional to provide support services for departmental management.
Services include, but are not limited to, assistance with planning, implementing, and / or evaluating utilization of departmental human, financial, and material resources with minimal supervision.
The Administrative Coordinator supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.
PROVISION OF SERVICES :
- Assist the Clinics Management team with the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Provides Human Resource management for the Clinics and keeps Human Resource Files updated and current.
- Works with and coordinates meetings with external entities, personnel as well as internal staff needs for meetings.
- Helps with credentialing of physicians / providers and maintains files of those physicians / providers. Answers phone / email messages in a prompt, timely and professional manner.
- Keeps the Clinics stocked and supplied with the appropriate levels of materials needed for the daily functioning of the clinic.
- Performs clerical duties to assist staff, management and patients with daily obligations and duties, as well as maintains the employee and provider time and attendance responsibilities for the Clinics.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED :
- Ten or more years’ experience in an administrative assistant / management support role; experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma (or equivalency) required.
- Typing skill of - wpm
- High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Organizational skills and ability to function independently required.
