Doyen Search Group has been retained to conduct a national search for an experienced Hotel / Resort Executive Chef. We want to move you to the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

You must have Exec Chef, Exec Sous, or Sous Chef experience with an upscale to luxury hotel, resort, or large private club to be considered for this position.

Your team : 2 Executive Sous, 2 Sous, Culinary Team Members

Six outlets featuring award-winning fine dining, burger style restaurants, 3-meal restaurant, Cafes, Poolside dining + In-room dining and private events.

Duties include overall responsibility for all culinary operations across six outlets, in-room dining, and private events.

Responsibility for cost of goods, staffing, scheduling and maintaining labor costs for kitchen staff. Maintain food safety and employee safety policies.

Supporting your Sous Chef teams in all aspects of operating the outlets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as Exec Chef or Exec Sous with an upscale hotel or resort
  • 3+ years of supervising 10 or more people
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Inspirational coaching and team skills development
  • Culinary or hospitality management or business degree from an accredited institution

Requirements

  • Dedication to quality and efficiency
  • Recent experience working hands-on across multiple busy outlets
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate your team
  • A commitment to long-term employment (3+ years)

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 + annual bonus. Excellent benefits, PTO, 401k, relocation support, and temporary housing on arrival.
