Transmission Line Engineer
A leading firm in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction is seeking a Transmission Line Designer for projects with major Utilities and Renewable Energy organizations.
Requirements :
- Knowledgeable in engineering theories and principles, adept at researching and evaluating design issues.
- Able to work independently and effectively communicate with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in using PLSCADD for line design and PLSPOLE for structure design.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee transmission line design, engineering, and technical support to ensure safety, cost-efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
- Offer expertise and direction on complex engineering issues, including renewable energy connections and grid upgrades.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, managing project timelines, budgets, and performing responsible charge engineering duties.
- Assist in proposal development, cost estimation, and provide detailed technical reports and documentation.
