The Senior Graphic Designer first and foremost is a skilled designer. Possesses a high creative drive and a knack for problem-solving.

This individual works closely with other members of the creative team and internal departments and they are comfortable working on multiple clients.

They thrive in a fast-paced environment where they juggle multiple projects with a positive can-do attitude. They are flexible, anticipate problems, and tackle a wide range of creative requests, both big and small.

They mentor and collaborate with junior members on the creative team.

A successful candidate is able to become intimately familiar with the design aesthetic for multiple clients while working within brand standards.

They'll bring solutions to the table, be open to feedback, and be able to refine and enhance the ideas of other team members.

• Ability to create / follow brand standards guides for each client
• Attention to detail, minimal errors and elevated design aesthetics
• Champion of consistency to reduce scattered visual messaging
• Expertise in all forms of media, both digital and traditional
• Demonstrate Curiosity
• Immersion in client's business and their audiences
• Maintain an understanding of best-in-class creative being done by agencies and brands you admire, to help elevate the work we do

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor (4 year) degree (preferred).
• Five to eight years of related work experience, preferably in an advertising agency, design studio or internal creative department.
• Strong computer skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. A working knowledge of Google's suite of programs will be an advantage.
• Interest and knowledge in AI creative applications is a plus
• Portfolio that shows a strong grasp of digital, social and print workspaces.
