Electric Air is a tech-enabled HVAC contractor and venture-backed technology startup that makes the heat pump buying and installation process more accessible and more affordable for homeowners.
Heat pumps are a crucial enabler in the transition to clean, renewable electricity. They electrify the most significant load in the home while improving comfort and saving homeowners money.
You’ll be joining a team founded by engineers with a deep background in thermal systems, energy systems and aerospace.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.
Starting Wages from $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience!
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
Proficiency with all of the following :
Refrigerant handling
High & low voltage wiring
Ductwork
Sheet metal fabrication
California building code
