Skilled Demolition Technician

Paul Davis Restoration of North County San Diego are industry leaders in the areas of property damage mitigation, contents cleaning and storage and reconstruction.

Responsibilities :

• High level performance of interior reconstruction and repair services according to Paul Davis Restoration and industry specifications under the supervision of Reconstruction Manager.
• Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications :

• 1 or more years as an experience Demolition Technician (preferred, not required).
• Willingness to work in fire, smoke and / or water damage (safety is important, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company when required).
• The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed
• A professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver's license .
• Complete background check and drug test.
• A high school diploma or a GED certificate

Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
