Call Center Manager
Concrete Driveway Co is seeking a friendly and motivated Call Center Manager to train and motivate a team of SDR’s. It takes a special leader to be passionate about helping others grow.

What you'll be doing :
Lead by example and follow all processes established for the SDR team
Ensure the company mission is followed and embraced by all
Conduct daily and weekly trainings with the team
Listen to call recordings and conduct weekly quality assurance trainings with individual team members
Analyze market trends and work directly with VP of Marketing
Review and create weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to help drive company projections and forecasting
Hire, train and motivate a team of 6-8 Sales Development Representatives
Collaborating with sales regionals to ensure the achievement of company goals and targets.
We'd be thrilled if you have :
2 years in management or leadership
2-4 years in customer service
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Effective time management and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
