Position : System Analyst
From October 2024 - October 2025 with possibility to extend
Job Description :
- Administer and maintain production, testing and trainings environments.
- Create reports utilizing different applications including SQL Management Studio, business intelligence software, and / or Excel to support daily operations.
- Provides training to end-users on system functionality and develop training documentation
- Perform complex analysis for decision making and reporting
- Performs quality assurance and controls for data integrity
- Consult with team members when necessary to make system adjustment recommendations
- Ability to develop business processes independently using best practices
Qualifications :
Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
Can substitute years of payroll / staffing experience in lieu of degree requirement.
Experience :
4-7 years of experience in the scheduling / staffing and payroll field or in a related area.
Familiar with payroll and staffing standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Working hours will be 40hrs / week, M-F in office 8am-5pm, remote availability based on manager discretion.
