Records Support is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, scanning CDs, maintaining office inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of the mailroom.
Records Support team members play an important role to the success of our team. The position is similar to an office assistant.
The Breakdown Scan records and documents and securely route digital files to correct team member. Process any CDs received from the mail run and mail CDs, as necessary.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate parties. Operate and maintain mail equipment, such as postage meters, scanners, and labeling machines.
Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages, including weighing, labeling, sealing, stamping, and affixing postage. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Listen to all voicemails for the Operations (Boom) Department, making follow-up notes in Record IDs, and sending voicemails to appropriate Records Specialist.
Monitor the inventory list for both the Waco and College Station office locations and order necessary supplies. Build genuine relationships with team members and support Records Specialists with various requests.
Collect and enter orders for new or additional requests. Upload medical records, affidavits, provider bills, etc. into Webarc software.
Display and uphold Legal Monkeys core values in interactions with team. Perform in a dynamic atmosphere while maintaining a remarkable level of professionalism.
Help to maintain a strong culture of winning and service through hard work and organization. Think critically through unexpected problems.

We wouldn't want anything less. Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Proficiency with mailroom equipment.
Strong organizational skills. Basic knowledge of standard office equipment preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate-level technical proficiency (such as with Google Suite products and other software) required.
Current driver license. Physical Requirements Moving about to accomplish daily tasks. Occasional work in small and / or enclosed spaces.
Occasional use of upper extremities to push or pull objects in a sustained motion. Occasional bending or kneeling and ascending / descending of stairs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity of the hands, arms, wrists, and fingers, sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, phone, mouse, headset, scanner and other office equipment.
Work in an environment with moderate noise levels. Regular daily / weekly travel to the post office and other locations.
Reliable transportation is required to perform mail runs and other job-related errands to support the department. On-site attendance.
What would my hours look like? Our office is open Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm. We're seeking a part-time individual to work between 20-25 hours per week, within our office hours.
