ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER HILL AFB, UTAH This is a full-time position working in a jobsite trailer office at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
Applicant must reside in Utah. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager.
Have a good understanding of the construction process. Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Assist Project Manager with all aspects of a project and provides support to the team in an orderly and efficient manner.
Maintaining project documents, updating the database, making follow-up calls to vendors / subcontractors. Set up meetings and take minutes of the meeting.
Be self-motivated. Duties are not limited to : Running errands on a need be basis and assisting Site Superintendent and Quality Control personnel.
