Overview

IU Health Arnett Physicians seeks a Primary Care physician to practice team-based care in our progressive, southside family medicine clinic in Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University).

Employment Opportunity Details :

  • Full-time (4 days per week schedule)
  • Collegial team environment with participation in process improvement
  • 100% outpatient
  • Onsite procedure suites and lab
  • Traditional family medicine practice : chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients
  • Shared phone call only : approximately 1 : 25 for FM 1 : 12 IM
  • Excellent base salary plus incentive opportunities and sign on bonus

Qualifications :

  • US BE / BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine / Pediatrics
  • MD / DO Indiana license or eligible
  • Consistent and consecutive employment / training history
