Client Overview : Microsofts Worldwide Public Sector GTM Strategyteam is looking for a technical project manager to manage the AIHackathon in a Box Program.

RoleSummary : As a technical project manager you will be responsible formanaging the AI Hackathon in a Box Program empowering local teamsto run AI hackathons and ensure theirsuccess.

4.What are the keyresponsibilities

Responsible for overall management of project timeline budget anddeliverables for each hackathonevent

Assist in the management oftechnical aspects such as environment setup participant onboardingand licensing

Coordinate withlocal teams to plan and execute hackathon events includinglogistics marketing andregistration

Create workbackplans project timeline and budget

Assist in the creation of hackathon agendas and branded repeatableassets

Monitor and troubleshootissues during hackathon events providing timelysolutions

Collect and analyzefeedback to improve the AI Hackathon in a BoxProgram

Track outcomes and impactof hackathon events sharing best practices and lessonslearned

5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess

MUSTHave Skills andQualifications :

Bachelors degreeor equivalent experience in project management event management orrelated field

At least 3 years ofexperience in managing complex development projects or eventspreferably in the Microsoft Cloud

Working knowledge of Microsoft AI services and products and theirapplications in the public sector

Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and ability towork under pressure

Excellentcommunication skills and ability to collaborateeffectively

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Teams andProject

Preferred Skills andQualifications :

Knowledge ofMicrosoft cloud environment setup and management including AzureM365 and D365 subscriptions andtenants

Prior experience withMicrosoft or similar technologycompanies
