Currently, only seeking individuals who have a Property and Casualty License (Allstate experience a plus). Sales agents can expect a base salary of 35 to 42k plus monthly and annual commission.
At target you will make $78,000 annually, but there is no commission cap!

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Career minded vision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
