We are searching for a legal intake specialist for a proven South Carolina law firm at their Columbia, SC office. You will be the first point of contact for each client at the law firm.
Some of your responsibilities include gathering and verifying client information, completing the intake process, and creating the case files.
This job is perfect for a "people person" who loves talking to new people.
Sample responsibilities :
- Answering case intake calls and interviewing potential clients via phone
- gathering and verifying case information
- Complete the intake process and onboard clients that meet firm criteria
- Create initial client files and enter into case management system
Minimum requirements and other qualifications :
- 1-3 years of Law firm experience preferred
- At least 1 year of Customer service or front office experience is also preferred
- Great customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Strong personal work ethic and ability to organize time, manage diverse activities, and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision;
- Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented;
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
