Position : Account Executive
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team during a growth phase in our additive manufacturing, precision machining, and injection molding sectors.
This role offers a motivated individual the chance to develop in a fast-paced environment, serving as the main client contact and managing accounts of various sizes.
The focus will be on key clients in Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and other industries, specifically expanding our Polymer Additive Manufacturing and Injection Molding services.
U.S. citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop detailed plans to achieve business objectives.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to attract new customers and explore new industry sectors.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through networking and effective communication.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and other proactive approaches.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop and qualify leads in target markets.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data efficiently and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Understand client needs and develop customized account growth strategies with clear objectives.
- Leverage Additive Manufacturing (AM) and related technologies to deliver solutions from concept through to production.
Required Skills :
- Sales Expertise : Proven experience in business development, particularly in manufacturing or engineering.
- Manufacturing Knowledge : Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, with a focus on additive manufacturing.
- Technical Skills : Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing requirements to ensure project success.
- Customer Engagement : Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and secure new business.
- Presentation Skills : Experience in public speaking, trade shows, or communicating complex concepts to a wide audience.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development and / or Account Management.
- Background in precision machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship and meet U.S. Person status.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, with active clearance being a plus.
- Experience selling into Aerospace / Defense or Medical sectors.
- Proven track record in developing large accounts or territories.
- Experience with CRM or other sales tools.
