We are in search of a Project Coordinator, located in Troy, Michigan. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
The role focuses on ITSM, coordinating meetings, and managing and coordinating project schedules / deliverables
Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth project progression
- Utilize ITSM and FreshService knowledge to aid in project coordination
- Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion
- Work closely with project teams to understand and manage project expectations
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all project-related activities
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to facilitate project coordination
- Assist in the development of project strategies to ensure objectives are met
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project status and provide updates as necessary
- Manage and resolve any project-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Must have proven experience working as a Project Coordinator
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) is required
- Must demonstrate strong ability to manage delivery schedules effectively and efficiently
- Must have excellent skills in coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have good problem-solving abilities and be capable of making quick decisions under pressure
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management software and tools will be an added advantage
- Must be able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
