We stand behind our work and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Generator Project Coordinator The Generator Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for generator installation customers.
Your primary role will be to walk a customer through the process of having their generator installed by following the start-up and close-out procedures.
This will include answering any questions the generator customers may have by working closely with the Generator and Operations Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following : Start & follow all generator installs (be liaison w / customer) Confirmation of appointments and provide service details Close-out processes Back-up to Permit Coordinator (when needed) Back-up to Incoming Calls (when needed) Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Salary : $22.
00 - $25.00 per hour Minimum Qualifications : Self-starter, reliable, organized, detail oriented etc. Strong customer service skills Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional level Able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Must be a critical thinker Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems Ability to read a map and knowledge of service area Note This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
