How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Senior Product Manager on the Lounge Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Global Lounge Collection.

You will lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies that enhance the end-to-end journey for our card members, ensuring seamless access and delightful experiences within our global network of airport lounges.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Driving the product roadmap : Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business goals to deliver a best-in-class lounge experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other team members to align on product vision, strategy, and execution plans.
  • Data-driven decision making : Use data analytics and user research to inform product decisions, measure performance, and iterate on features to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stakeholder management : Engage with key internal and external partners to build strong relationships, gather feedback, and advocate for resources and support needed to achieve product goals.
  • Leadership and mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or travel industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
  • Solid understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and user-centered design principles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated ideas and influence collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and get results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on products or services related to travel, hospitality, or airport operations.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as mobile apps, biometrics, IoT, and machine learning, and their potential applications in enhancing customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, membership services, or premium customer segments.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing products across multiple markets and regions.
  • Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

Salary Range : $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
