Recruiter

Role Description

The (Contract) Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be self-directed to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring engagement with talent.

This role is a Contract for a project that should last 6-8 weeks or possibly longer.

Talent Acquisition :

• Source and screen candidates with limited work experience and / or education for hourly entry-level labor roles
• Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback.
• Record, track, maintain and meet recruitment metrics.
• Work closely with others in a collaborative environment, also be self-motivated, and have exceptional time-management skills.
• Harness technology and social media tools as well as utilize traditional recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Sales Cold-Calling, Inbound and Outbound Customer Service
• Outgoing, friendly, reliable, and self-driven. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and celebrating success with the team
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions.
• Own the candidate process through the interview, decision, offer, closing, and handoff to HR for offer letters and background / reference checks
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Understands the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
• Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Even-tempered, grace under pressure.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working with a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Access to stable broadband internet, smartphone, and your own computer.
• Must work nights / weekends as project needs may require.
• Excel, Word, Outlook, ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, and using Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Utilizes traditional job boards like Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and / or Career-builder as a Recruiter.
• Experience with Jazz HR and Paycom, UKG HRIS preferred but not required.
• This is a remote position, however each Recruiter will be assigned a region and must work according to the needs of that particular region / time zone.
