Gpac has partnered with multiple general contractors looking to add Superintedents with Data Centers / Mission Critical to their team.

Superintendent Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Superintendent. Projects over 50M
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
- Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
