We are currently searching for an experienced Environmental and NEPA Manager to support our East Gulf located in Alabama .
What you’ll be doing :
- Prepare NEPA studies for federally funded projects, including Categorical Exclusions (CE), Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for various transportation project types and sizes
- Coordinate with internal project teams
- Perform site visits for projects as required
- Lead public involvement efforts for environmental projects
- Manage projects to achieve budget, schedule, and quality requirements
- Assist in business development for environmental projects
What you need to have :
- B.S. or M.S. in Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in transportation / NEPA planning required
- GIS experience is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative team skills are required
