We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Production and Operations with a strong background in marketing and digital agency environments to oversee and optimize our daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects, improving operational processes, and driving organizational efficiency.

Director of Production & Operations
Key Responsibilities :
Manages the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Oversees specific departments or teams, ensuring operational efficiency.
Oversee & Manage all Resource Management for the Agency.
Implements policies and procedures.
Monitors project timelines and budgets.
Handles operational issues and problem-solving on a more tactical level.
Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s goals and enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our core values.
Lead, mentor, and manage fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring operational costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for company-wide initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Embrace change and foster a culture of adaptability and growth
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a senior operational role within a marketing or digital agency is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field (MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
