Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned and technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our client's Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the data centers industry and a deep understanding of advanced Salesforce best practices, customization, and data management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the management and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
• Design and implement complex Salesforce customizations to meet the specific needs of the data centers industry.
• Develop and manage advanced workflows, validation rules, and custom solutions.
• Oversee data imports, data cleansing, and data migration tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and maintain sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and decision-making.
• Provide expert-level user support and training to ensure effective and efficient use of Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the platform's continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience in the data centers industry.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce customization, data management, and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Knowledge of data center operations and technology.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
