Purpose Statement
The Springfield, Missouri Public School District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Athletic Intern.

About 25,000 students attend 36 elementary schools, an intermediate school, 9 middle schools, 5 high schools and a variety of alternative education and choice programs.
The job of Athletic Intern is done for the purpose / s of assisting in the athletic program for the assigned sport, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations;
providing supervision of students during all aspects of the program; using sound instructional techniques in overseeing program activities and serving as a positive role model to student athletes.

High School Diploma or GED, required
Bachelor's degree, preferred
