Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Work closely with our Digital Media Manager and roster of artists and brands to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain content calendar
- Weekly reporting of metrics for social media, email and web advertising campaigns
- Assist artists and partners with administrative social media duties (granting access to advertisers, executing co-branded campaigns, creating new profiles, etc.)
- Keep up with the latest viral memes / videos, continually strategizing how to elevate the brands and artists we work with
- Educate and collaborate with the team to develop best practices, standards and deliverables
- Keeping a clear, enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards social media
Qualifications :
- Two or more years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience posting on social media apps and using business / admin interfaces (i.e. Meta Business Suite, TikTok business manager, etc.
ideally record / single release and tour marketing
- Excellent copywriting and caption writing skills without AI enhancement
- Passion for social media and knowledge of current trends, best practices and principles
- Eager to continue to learn and evolve in other efficient and effective ways to make content
- Problem solver, calm under pressure, highly organized, able to monitor multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Photo and video editing skills a plus
