The Work You'll Do :
As part of the North America region, the Senior Partner Account Executive will manage ISV partners headquartered in the US.
This role will drive partner account strategy, go-to-market initiatives, deal execution, and enablement with assigned ISV partners and prospects.
Success in this position lies in expanding the ISV embedded ecosystem sales and revenue contribution, incorporating strategic deals originating in the US.
You will create, expand, and nurture an ecosystem of ISV embedded partners to generate co-sell motions that drive embedded incremental business opportunities for Sovos and land managed services opportunities around Sovos’s diverse portfolio, specifically the Aatrix platform.
More specifically, you will :
- Drive business development programs that increase Sovos sales revenue through the ISV Embedded Partner Ecosystem.
- Create targeted business plans and revenue targets with key stakeholders, ensuring goals are defined and met.
- Identify and recruit new partners, driving business development and all aspects of partner onboarding.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop new solution offerings across the marketplace.
- Build deep executive relationships with assigned partners, develop joint solutions and offerings, go-to-market plans, and drive the growth of Sovos solutions through this route-to-market.
- Achieve embedded resale and managed services business targets for partners through proper goal setting, pipeline management, and field execution.
- Report the impact of ISV Embedded partners on the Sovos business, focusing on incremental deals and influenced revenue, and significantly grow revenue contribution quarter-over-quarter.
- Drive alignment between Partners and Sovos field organizations, fostering a co-sell culture to create win-win outcomes with joint customers.
- Collaborate with Sovos lines of business to provide coverage of the ISV Embedded partners, build joint solutions, reference architectures, and customer offerings.
What We Need From You
Proven track record of recruiting, penetrating, onboarding, and growing ISV Embedded partners, including knowledge of business models and joint go-to-market strategies.
Prior ERP experience is highly desirable.
- Ability and passion for developing, establishing, and closing strategic partnerships / accounts and working closely with sales teams in competitive environments.
- Demonstrable results driving incremental sales to and through partners.
- Proven ability to achieve individual sales objectives and drive accurate forecasting of partner business.
- Growth mindset in an organization that is building out its partner DNA and ecosystem.
- Strong collaboration skills within field sales, professional services leadership, and partner corporate and strategy leaders.
- Ability to travel, up to 50% of the time.
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire.
