Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Manager

Supported by an experienced behavioral health team, the Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will have the support to exceed the goals of the department and keep the inpatient psychiatric unit operating as efficiently as possible.
The Psychiatric Nurse Manager will report to the Director and Vice President of Mental Health Services to keep them informed, and will collaborate with them on unit policies and initiatives.
As the Nurse Inpatient Psychiatry Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing clinical and administrative operations of the adult inpatient psychiatric unit, ensuring that your staff and department are operating efficiently, maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations, staffing and scheduling, and collaborating with leaders from other departments and units.
The Nurse Inpatient Psychiatry Manager will be an experienced nurse with prior psychiatric experience. Individuals with 2+ years of Inpatient Psychiatry Management / Leadership experience will earn quick interviews.
