As a full-time entry-level sales representative you’ll be trained in communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning.

Entry Level Sales Rep Responsibilities :
- Master sales first hand as you hone your selling and communication skills
- Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
- Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Qualify prospective customers for Home Improvement services
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven & highly motivated
- Strong work ethic a must
- Able to work in a Retail setting
Desired Experience and Qualifications for Entry Level Sales Reps :

- Proven track record setting and achieving goals
- Flexible Scheduling : FULL-TIME ONLY (40+ Hours minimum)
- Must have reliable transportation
