Job Title : General Manager for Hotel / Condo with Strong Hospitality Focus

Location : Doral, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel / condo property in Doral, FL. If you have a proven track record in property management and are dedicated to creating a positive living experience for residents, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

General Administration :

• Provide comprehensive administration and community service management to the Association.
• Offer administrative support services to the Association's Board of Directors.
• Organize Annual Meetings and assist the Board in regular meetings.
• Manage resident relations and ensure adherence to the Association's Rules and Regulations.
• Assist with communications as instructed by the Board of Directors.
• Maintain all official records and files and manage applications and references of prospective owners and lessees.
• Support Association's Committees as established by the Board of Directors.
• Retain and employ attorneys, accountants, tax consultants, and other necessary professionals.

Contractual and Physical Administration :

• Supervise the maintenance of common elements, improvements, and property.
• Conduct routine property inspections and make recommendations to the Board.
• Solicit, review, negotiate, and supervise contracts on behalf of the Association.

Financial Management Services :

• Provide accounting and financial management services to the Association.
• Keep financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP).
• Collect all common expenses, charges, and assessments due to the Association.
• Submit monthly detailed financial statements to the Board.
• Prepare an annual budget reflecting anticipated expenses and reserve allocations.
• Maintain appropriate records of all insurance coverage carried by the Association.
• Assist the Board-appointed accountant in audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certification by the State of Florida for Community Association Manager (LCAM).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Condo Associations, Hospitality Industry, or relevant management experience.
• Strong managerial background in community operations, staff management, and service contracts.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and technical procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and / or similar project management software.

Work Location : Hallandale Beach, FL

What We Offer :

• Pay : $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
