What Will You Be Doing? Design, develop, and implement testing methods to support gaming and infrastructure software applications Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, and test cases from specific requirements Track, validate, and close tasks and activities with defects reported Create basic level automation scripts Debug issues and perform root cause analysis Communicate internally to resolve customer issues by conferencing or transferring calls as appropriate Demonstrate an ability to defuse situations and escalate issues appropriately Utilize and augment knowledge base to provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps Ensure each retailer contact is documented with call reason, issue, and notes Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job : 3-5 years experience testing in the slot gaming market required, Eilers & Krejcik tracked company preferred 2-3 years of experience in software QA or customer-facing technical support Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred, not required Ability to write test queries and execute tests as required Experience with Windows desktop applications, security, and databases Knowledge of Unity game development is preferred Experience with QA of casino games and slot machines is preferred Powered by JazzHR
