Job Description

  • Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs
  • Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4Time scheduling system
  • Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable
  • Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone & email
  • Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count
  • Mantaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians
  • Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proactive, with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Luxury spa or retail experience preferred; luxury hotel experience helpful
  • Computer savvy; previous knowledge of spa booking software preferred
  • Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays
  • Most importantly, friendly, polished and positive personality
