Lead Spare Parts Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Implement best practices for storage, handling, and retrieval of spare parts (including standard operating procedures creation and modification)
• Create and track meaningful KPIs related to spare parts management
• Develop strategies to optimize spare parts availability while minimizing costs
• Measure and analyze inventory turnover rate, order fulfillment rate and return rate
• Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery times, quality, and responsiveness
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement
• Track associated costs vs budget

Lead Spare Parts Coordinator Requirements :

• Previous experience in Spare Parts Coordination preferably in the pharmaceutical industry / GMP regulated environment
• Proficiency using inventory management software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
