Qualifications
- Must be able to read, speak and understand English High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Follow all company safety rules and policies to include communicating any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near misses, incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager immediately
- Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
- Physically perform work standing / moving for the entire shift, reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
- Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required
- Troubleshooting experience, preferred but not required
