What You Will Do

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Ensures efficient production by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to electronic assembly, testing, and quality control.
  • Develops and maintains manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
  • Plans fabrication of tools and equipment needed to support new and existing products.
  • Helps implement and monitor statistical process control tools to reduce variation and improve quality.
  • Provides guidance for engineering regarding design for manufacturing concepts and makes recommendations related to the best utilization of equipment and manufacturing techniques.
  • Designs and plans the layout of assembly and materials handling operations.
  • Provides technical leadership and helps train operators to diagnose and solve problems and improve proficiency level of manufacturing skills.
  • May make recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technologies equipment and materials.
  • Works independently to perform activities related to planning and designing manufacturing processes and specification requirements to ensure full utilization of manufacturing equipment.
  • The schedule for this position is Tuesday- Saturday from 7AM-4PM. There is no additional travel required for this role.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws / regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Business degree

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
