Northern Bank is looking for a Records Administrator to join our team. This person will be responsible for working closely with various department managers and the executive leadership team to sort, organize, and categorize Outlook email records to ensure information is properly filed and maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
This role requires a high level of detail, organization skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
The Records Administrator will be based out of our Main Office in Woburn. This is an open-ended temporary project with flexible hours.
Responsibilities Ensure email records are filed in an organized and systematic manner. Retrieve records as requested by various departments.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office products. Previous experience in a records management or clerical role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
