Redwood City : Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (In-Person position)
Working Hours / Shift :
On Call - AM / PM / NOC Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications) :
- Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing, required.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- One (1) year experience in a behavioral health setting; experience in an inpatient health care setting is preferred.
- One (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid California RN license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
How you will make a difference (job overview) :
The Charge Nurse is responsible for performing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Charge Nurse is also responsible for the supervision of the Nurses and other staff assigned to their respective shift.
Division / Program Overview :
MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.
The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.
Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self- sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioning
