TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Document Specialists who will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and creating new content for the unit’s Standard OperatingProcedures.
Requirements : Top Secret Security ClearanceResponsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Understand the goals of the Logistics Programs
- Technical writing and documentation to collect input from the Government leads and other team members
- Planning for efficiency and effectiveness
- In-depth understanding of policies, procedures, and processes
- Provide feedback to leadership and making analytical decisions
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of services provided and standard operating procedures
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand text and guides
- Streamline and add continuity to existing documents
- Create tutorials to help team members to use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on consistency
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Take documents from concept to completion
- Answer customer and client inquiries
- Perform additional tasks as required by superiors
Qualifications
- 2+ years prior experience working in related field.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp a variety of complex concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Reliable and diligent worker
