As they continue to expand internationally, we're seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our client's finance team and play a crucial role in their growth and success.
Position : FP&A
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Responsibilities : Budget Process :
Budget Process :
Lead the budgeting process.Conduct monthly tasks including vetting, data mining, and budget checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with international plants.Assist in operations planning to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
Month-End Reporting :
Understand and analyze deviations and variances in financial performance.Prepare detailed reports and analysis.
Special Projects :
Conduct reviews, completing monthly checklists to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications : Must Have :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Plus :
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or AS400.
- Background in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in an international company setting.
