Our painters perform a variety of tasks such as assembling scaffolding, surface preparation, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint colors, and painting homes and businesses.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with clients to understand their needs. Ideally, you have experience with a variety of paint surfaces and materials and are comfortable using hand and power tools to get the job done.

Compensation :
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Meet with customers to understand what they want and make suggestions
- Coat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
- Tidy the work area once the painting project is complete
- Fill holes and cracks with putt, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
- Mix paint or stains to customer’s specification
- Be able to use spackle, putty, and caulk to properly fill any imperfections on surfaces prior to painting
Qualifications :
- Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required
- Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training
- We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license required
- Preference for candidates with 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required
- Must be comfortable on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
