- Hospital-based group established providers need a 100% CRS - No GS
- Full Scope CRS practice will have access to two Robots giving dedicated use and guaranteed OR time
- One day a week for Scopes in the EOC and one OR open block day
- One clinic day a week expected average of 15-20 patients a day
- Serving a 400,000 population catchment area that is not over-saturated and little competitionFINANCIAL
- Two-year base minimum guarantee plus RVU production bonus. Up to $100,000 in recruitment and relocation bonuses. Also profit sharing, 401k and competitive benefits
